Everything was wonderful from the initial check in process, to the massage suite, to Lauren, the sauna and then check out. I was completely relaxed and enjoyed my first visit to Mood House. I also really appreciated the extra birthday surprises! It really made my day! I’ll be spreading the word to my friends and family to schedule an appointment!!

Marvin was an exceptional therapist and incredibly knowledgeable about relieving muscle tension. I had a wonderful, relaxing massage from start to finish. He checked in regularly to make sure the pressure was comfortable and tailored everything to what my body needed. Marvin also created such a calm, peaceful environment that it was easy to unwind and fully enjoy the experience. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and grateful for his professionalism and care. Highly recommended!

I truly enjoyed my second massage experience with Marvin. He is a hidden gem at Mood House Dilworth. He genuinely aims to provide a holistic massage, taking into account the needs you communicate as well as the trouble areas he notices throughout the session. He also creates an inclusive, comfortable environment and allows you to simply relax during your time with him. I’ve been going to Mood House for over a year, but I recently upgraded my membership from the 50-minute massage to the 80-minute massage because of the incredible sessions I’ve been receiving. Keep up the great work, Marvin, and the entire Mood House Dilworth team! 💪🏾

I had the most amazing massage experience today with Caryn!! She listened to my concerns, took her time working the areas with detailed precision and the pressure was EXACTLY what I requested with consistency! I most certainly will be back to see her!! Lindsay at the front desk was absolutely wonderful, so warm, welcoming, and kind from the moment I walked in. I came to Mood House for my birthday and had an amazing, deeply relaxing massage followed by an infrared sauna session that was the perfect finish. Such a peaceful experience overall. I highly recommend Mood House to anyone looking for a great massage in Charlotte, NC, especially in the Dilworth area. I’ll definitely be back!

I cannot say enough good things about Mood House. Each time I'm there, they exceed my expectations. Everyone from the front desk to the actual massage therapists is top notch. Every visitor that comes into town, I take to Mood House. This weekend, I took my bestie there for our annual pre-holiday trip. We had told Danielle, the manager, all about this special occasion when we checked in. When we went into the sauna, she had left us sachets of "Holiday Chill" bath salts as gifts to celebrate our trip. I became a member last year and it's honestly one of the best gifts I've ever given to myself.

I had an amazing experience here at this location! The massage therapist did an amazing job and she made me feel so relaxed! I explained to them the trouble I had at the other location and they were very accommodating and put notes on my account so that they can adjust to me needs. I also tried the infrared sauna which I loved so much! Their zen room was very nice and relaxing! I will definitely be back here!

This might have been the best massage I have ever had. This place is lovely. It is an oasis of calm tucked away in a small strip mall in Dilworth. It is quiet, but not like a library quiet. It is clean and smells good. Everyone is so nice here, too! I didn’t feel rushed and I felt understood. I can’t wait to come back!

They made my Birthday so special with their professionalism and hospitality. The vibes were amazing and staff great. Shout out to my massage therapist, Ariana- she had me falling asleep because I was so relaxed. Aromatherapy scents were so unique and delightful. Mary Beth at the front desk welcomed me with warmth and fun conversation. Will definitely be returning and considering a monthly membership!

All I can say is WOW, I am so obsessed with this place. Their customer service, concept and vibe is immaculate. I’ve been going consistently on a membership for the last 6 months and could not recommend it more. The membership pricing extends to your guests, which is a massive plus. You pick your “mood” for each massage session which is the scent and they all smell wonderful. You can add on private sauna sessions, which is a beautiful room where you can pick your own music, they have cooling lavender towels for you, fresh water, etc. I have to shoutout the massage therapist Lawrence specifically, I’ve never had anyone actually be able to get knots out of my back before going to him. Extremely knowledgeable about deep tissue and can provide ACTUAL deep pressure. If you are considering, just go! 👏🏻
